  • How do the courses work?

    Once enrolled, you'll complete video-based lessons on your own time, using the supplemental content as needed.

  • Will I finish my novel by the time I'm done with a course?

    You will get out of the courses what you put into them, but I don't make any promises or guarantees that you'll finish your book or have it published.

  • What if I have questions?

    When you enroll in a course, you get access to a community of learners. You can ask your question in the relevant space there, but if there is an issue of some kind, use the support email, and I'll get back to you. Please keep in mind, I am a one-woman show, so it might take more than 24-business hours to reply.

  • Do these courses use or promote AI?

    No. Every course was written, recorded, edited, and uploaded by me. Every guide was written by me as well. I don't promote AI in the courses and mention that throughout.

  • What if I don't like it after I take it? Can I get a refund?

    If you purchase a course or product, and there is an issue, there is the possibility that I can refund you, but if there is no technical issue (on my end or the host site's end), I will not be able to refund your purchase. Please check out the free overview lesson, which gives you an idea of what we'll cover, how the info will be delivered, and more prior to purchasing.

  • How long will I have access to the content?

    For now, access will be indefinite, meaning if you buy a course today, you will have access to it forever. That may change in the future depending on updates to the existing content or the type of content I offer.

  • Can I download the videos?

    I do not allowed the videos to be downloaded as that would allow people to share them outside of the courses. You can download supplemental content such as workbooks/sheets, but do not share those with people who have not enrolled in the course they come with.

  • Will you offer additional topics?

    At a later date and time, I may choose to add more courses on different, or more advanced, topics, yes.
